Santa Teresa 1796 Panchita's Spark

In honor of a brave woman, Panchita, and to the former slave who freed her from captivity so we can enjoy Santa Teresa 1796 today.

Ingredients:

  • 25 ml SANTA TERESA 1796 Rum
  • 10 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 10 ml Simple Syrup
  • 3 Blackberries
  • top MARTINI & ROSSIĀ® Prosecco

Preparation:

  • Muddle blackberries in a shaker
  • Add Rum, lime juice and simple syrup to shaker
  • Shake vigorously
  • Fine strain and pour in a coupe glass
  • Top with Prosecco
  • Garnish with a blackberry pick
